Remote Assistance

For remote assistance to work, all you need to do is:

1. Download and start a small application. It doesn’t even require an installation and is just as simple as opening a text document.
2. For added security it will display a password, which will be needed in order for us to connect to your machine.
3. After we are done fixing your computer, you can simply delete the program from your desktop
